Taking on the Treats Truck, One Treat at a Time:Peanut Butter and Chocolate Sandwich Cookie

Our Treats Truck odyssey continues; up this week: The Chocolate Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookie...

Blondie: I liked it, it was like a creamy peanut butter cookie. A little crumbly, but not greasy like most pb cookies. I wish the chocolate filling had been a bit more chocolate-y.

Brownie: I love me a good peanut butter cookie. And when is peanut butter better than when paired with dark chocolate? This cookie wasn't heavy or greasy and the chocolate filling was a nice touch. This is a can't miss snack for those who like their treats to be salty and sweet.

Consensus: The tasty cookie begs for an ice cold glass of milk. Certifiably delicious.

They're maybe two or three bites. If you're really in the mood for a good peanut butter cookie with some chocolate thrown in, it's definitely worth it. But it's not my most favorite thing on the menu.
