We first heard about Lox Populi from Niki Russ Federman, a fourth-generation Russ, at the Edible Manhattan launch party where Blondie had her lox conversion.
I was impressed by all the content that they had up on their first day. And they invite readers to send in your own Russ stories and photos. They "want to know who you eat with, what you have, how it all happens, and why you keep coming back. And we want to feature your stories here on our blog."
