Last month I finally had a chance to check out Chickalicious in the village and I sampled their famed s'mores cupcake. How do they make these so freaking good...?
The cake was moist and tender. I loved the toasting marshmallow "frosting" and the chocolate filling. Though there weren't any graham cracker crumbs in sight the cake did have a wonderful graham cracker-esque flavor. Though I still maintain that Blondie makes the best s'more cupcake ever. But if Blondie hasn't made any s'mores cupcakes for you recently (ahem), these will do in a pinch. Delicious.
Now dear readers, time to help me make a very important decision. It's the eighth day of the year and I haven't had one cupcake in '09. Where should I break my unintentional cupcake fast?
