First up, I finally got a chance to have a hojicha. I definitely prefer this to the matcha. The green tea flavor is subdued and tastes a little toasty. I wouldn't say it's my favorite, but if you don't like the matcha, don't immediately assume you won't like the hojicha.

The strawberry has a chocolate filling that I found overpowered the cookie a little bit.

I mistakenly got the matcha again, and again it was on the bottom of the rankings.

The champagne also has a chocolate filling, and tastes like champagne, dry and sweet at the same time. I liked this, but I love champagne. I would love to see this with a fruit filling!

The Earl Grey confused me and I'm still on the fence about it. It's a mixture of Earl Grey cookie and chocolate filling, like chocolate tea. I had this twice and I still can't figure out if I like it or not. Perplexing.

Mmm, coffee. I love coffee. I love things coffee-flavored. I loved this coffee macaron.

And the winner for this month: Chocolate Hazelnut. First, chocolate and hazelnut is one of my favorite flavor combinations in any form especially as Nutella. Second, Mitzy got all crazy on this one, it's chewy, but hard. You have to really bite, like you're eating a hazelnut. This may not have been intentional, but I loved it.

Those look so good it's driving me crazy! I cannot WAIT for my next trip to NY. I am personally hunting this girl down.
wow, you ate the February flavors twice? no problems getting them from Tafu? or did you go twice on a Monday? :P
Hmmm...the chocolate hazelnut is SUPPOSED to be hard? I thought mine was stale hehe. It was definitely my favorite as far as flavor went though.
@danny: I just went multiple times and only ate some twice. I did get the last ones once. Maybe I should have played the lottery.
@Sarah: That was one I had twice and it was like that both times, so I assumed it was intentional. Maybe Mitzy will confirm if that is true?
Hi Blondie,
First of all, thank you so much for the feedbacks, I'm glad that you enjoyed them :-)
Regarding the chocolate hazelnut, the texture was supposed to be chewier than the others, but not hard.
I'll investigate why this happened, but I'm sure that Tafu has done what I've instructed regarding the handling.
Thanks again for the nice post!
