Saturday Morning Cartoons: Cookie Monster Goes to the Library, and then explains Bernie Madoff
Dewey Decimator, this one's for you...For some reason I was obsessed with this Sesame Street as a kid. Maybe it's Cookie monster's unbridled enthusiasm or the way he pissed off the librarian with his desire for a box of cookies with his books. After the jump, comes a clip of Ernie and Cookie Monster explaining the Madoff scandal...
Warning, not for the kiddies...

...and a glass of milk.
Awesome!!!! Too funny. They should do a version of Sesame Street more towards adult audiences and in prime time...that would rock!
I must concur, that sesame street was hilarious. The idea of Bernie Madoff as a cookie hungry monster makes more sense than I ever imagined!
Let's see... there's Who Ate All the Cookie Dough? or Cookie Count: A Tasty Pop-Up or Who Stole the Cookie from the Cookie Jar? or Baker's Dozen ... Why doesn't Cookie Monster ever come into my library??? I'm so ready.
