First there was the Chili Takedown. Then came the Cookie Takedown followed by the Bacon Takedown. Next logical step Tofu Takedown?!

What: The Tofu Takedown
Where: Highline Ballroom (the Takedown is coming to Manhattan, people!)
When: May 10th, doors open at 4:30
Why: Um, tofu?
Previous Takedowns have been mobbed. If you didn't time it right you might not get a ticket. To keep things manageable this go round they are selling tix in advance.
I've attended a couple Takedowns now. The crowd is always crazy and the food always inventive. I wonder what kind of inventive combinations tofu will inspire...
