I've always been a fan of Financier Patisserie and I hoped that when they moved to Midtown, they'd move just a little closer to my office. Not that I'm unwilling to walk over to 1st and 54th, or 48th and 6th, it's that leaving to do so has become increasingly difficult. So when I heard they were taking over the Oren's in Grand Central, I've made a point of using that subway entrance to scope out the scene.
And my scoping was rewarded on Friday when after another late evening in the office, I saw that sign! Monday! Today! Choquettes!
