New Amsterdam Market reopens at precisely 11am this Sunday morning with a bunch of new vendors along with a load of beloved regulars. The market has had to reduce its schedule to only monthly occurrences this season which means that every one is all the more cherished.
Amagansett Sea Salt. You might remember that I met the owners, and saw how one would go about making salt, for one of my courses. But they're not the only ones I'm excited to see. There's going to be an entire purveyors area that I'll be hitting up and introducing myself (more on why later on this summer). This is after I get something from Lonestar Taco and before I hit up The Bent Spoon, and possibly while I hold onto a copy of Modern Farmer for dear life. It's going to be a good weekend.
